Currently we only have the sizes on offer, please measure your dog and use our size calculator, it's designed so the shirt will fit perfectly for your pet. Our size range will fit on both big and small dogs
- What size would fit my pet?
All pets come in different shapes and sizes, just like humans do, the best way to get a shirt that fits perfectly the moment it arrives is to use our calculator which is next to the photos on our product pages. As mentioned please purchase the size that the calculator recommends you, its designed to make sure you get the right fit for your pet,
- What modes of payment are accepted?
We have numerous secure payment methods, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Buy Now Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many more.
- How long does an order made online take to reach me?
All orders are shipped the same day if order is placed before 12:30pm EST, all products are shipped express and will arrive within 1-3 business days after you have paid for your order.
- How many days after I buy something can I return it?
Please check out our Returns Policy, most returns will be accepted as long as its within 30 days.
- How do I raise an exchange request?
If you need to exchange an order please feel free to email us at support@dogtastics.com we will be happily able to assist you if you have ordered the wrong product or the wrong size.
- Can I cancel my online order?
Yes you can cancel an order, but please make sure to email us right away because once you have paid for your order the order is automatically then sent to our warehouse staff to be sent right away, please see our return policy for more details
- What if I receive damaged goods?
Unfortunately we know things can happen once something has been posted, if you have received damaged goods please email us with a photo of the damage and we will gladly assist you with the issue.
